Wellness Program Account Manager
Quality Health Solutions is seeking a Wellness Program Account Manager to manage delivery of wellness program services to our national employer group clients. Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience in managing multiple wellness program projects with competing priorities and deadlines. Client relationship building, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills are a must. Experience with business development, client retention, and strategic client growth in health insurance, employer benefits, or health promotion industry is strongly preferred. This is a full time position.
Quality Health Solutions seeks a qualified candidate to provide telephonic lifestyle coaching services to wellness program participants. Health Coaches help participants achieve goals related to weight loss, blood pressure, cholesterol, healthy eating, physical activity, stress, and smoking cessation. Successful candidates will have a degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Exercise Physiology, or related field; plus experience in health behavior change, motivational interviewing (MI), or wellness coaching, with strong communication skills. MI or wellness coaching certification preferred. Bilingual a plus. This position is part-time.
Customer Service Representatives

Top candidates will have demonstrated ability to interact with the public, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem solving/analytical skills, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Health care or employee benefits experience a plus. Spanish and English bilingualism is preferred.
